📋 Description

• Lead project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure • Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and budgets with stakeholders • Manage change orders and upsell opportunities throughout the engagement lifecycle • Coordinate and allocate resources across projects • Drive billable utilization and address under-utilized resources • Manage unbillable project investment and ensure resources are billed appropriately • Maintain communication with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders • Monitor progress, identify risks, implement mitigation strategies, and escalate issues • Ensure adherence to company processes, methodologies, and best practices • Manage project documentation, status reports, meeting notes, and action items • Foster a collaborative, accountable, and productive team environment • Facilitate scope definition with the internal production team, including client requirements and deliverables • Create and maintain detailed project plans • Coordinate tasks, assign resources, and ensure task completion • Manage production-team workflow, including standups and sidebar meetings • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to solve problems and brainstorm solutions • Manage schedules for internal and client-facing meetings • Develop understanding of client businesses, processes, and procedures to support project success • Apply best practices and lessons learned, sharing findings with team members • Build and update bi-weekly reporting, scorecard dashboards, and KPIs • Prepare and send scheduled reports to clients and internal teams • Perform other work as assigned based on business needs

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years' Project Management experience • 3+ years' client-facing experience, ideally with leadership and C-suite teams • Proven experience with Shopify Plus required • Proven experience and success managing multiple projects across distributed teams • Exceptional communication, organizational, and collaboration skills with an emphasis on Agile process • Asana experience preferred • Experience with resource planning tools preferred • Agency experience managing multiple projects and relationships preferred
