📋 Description

• Month-end close and investor reporting: Analyze, structure, and optimize existing close processes, while further developing and automating reporting • Year-end close: Establish a transparent, clearly coordinated closing process with defined responsibilities and specific work steps • Cash flow management: Optimize the existing bottom-up, Excel-based cash flow planning, improve data sources, and, where appropriate, introduce a suitable software solution with scenario analysis capabilities • ERP and accounting processes: Analyze the existing DATEV and Odoo system landscape, improve interfaces, and automate manual processes • Process management: Independently identify and prioritize weaknesses, and implement improvements operationally in collaboration with the teams involved

🎯 Requirements

• Completed professional qualification as a certified accountant, commercial apprenticeship, or comparable qualification • Very good knowledge of Odoo • Optional: Experience with DATEV • Experience in cash flow planning and reporting • Experience in process optimization and automation • Ability to work independently and enthusiasm for building structures that are not yet fully established
