📋 Description

• Support full-cycle recruiting across a variety of teams and roles company-wide, from job posting through offer • Source and screen candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, Juicebox, referrals, and other creative channels • Use AI-powered sourcing tools to identify and engage talent efficiently • Leverage AI tools for resume screening, candidate research, and outreach personalization while ensuring fairness and accuracy • Schedule and coordinate interviews across multiple stakeholders • Create a positive candidate experience through clear, warm, and prompt communication • Maintain accurate, real-time candidate status and pipeline data in the applicant tracking system • Partner with hiring managers and senior recruiters to define role requirements and candidate profiles • Represent Elation Health’s mission and core values throughout the candidate journey • Track recruiting metrics and pipeline data, using AI-powered dashboards or reporting tools to identify trends and bottlenecks • Evaluate emerging AI recruiting tools and best practices • Contribute to recruiting process and candidate experience improvement projects • Support HR programs, retention strategies, and team development between active hiring cycles

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting • Effective communication with hiring teams • Comfort using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, AI sourcing platforms) to work smarter and more efficiently • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail • Comfortable managing multiple priorities and calendars in a fast-paced environment • A proactive, can-do attitude and a strong sense of ownership over your work • Eagerness to learn, take feedback, and grow your career over time • Experience with HR (Generalist, Employer Relations) strongly preferred
