📋 Description

• Own the day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping for a portfolio of real estate clients. • Ensure monthly closings are completed accurately and on time. • Assist with payroll-related issues, reconcile accounts, and prepare clean financial statements. • Communicate directly with clients (if needed) in a professional, friendly manner. • Collaborate with our bookkeeper and staff accountant to maintain high standards across all files. • Support the founder by helping remove them from daily accounting tasks so they can focus on advisory and business growth.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of bookkeeping/accounting experience. • Strong QuickBooks Online skills and understanding of basic accounting principles. • Experience working with U.S.-based clients is a plus. • Prior experience in real estate accounting is highly preferred. • Comfortable working independently in a remote setting. • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills. • Bonus: Experience working with remote teams in the Philippines. • Bonus: Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, Slack, and project management platforms.

This means that you will communicate with the client, provide services, and address any client-related matters independently. • Payments : All payments for your services will be handled by the client. Elevate and Delegate is not involved in processing your payroll. Your salary will directly go to you. • Vacation Leaves and Holidays : While we may have recommendations or guidelines regarding vacation leaves and holidays, the decision is entirely at the discretion of the client. You are expected to align your schedule with the client’s business needs and any specific policies or preferences they may have in this regard.
