📋 Description

• Own end-to-end legal strategy and execution for the partnership ecosystem • Support ISV and platform integration agreements, systems integrator and consulting partnerships, channel partner programs, reseller and distribution arrangements, marketplace agreements, embedded and OEM-style arrangements, and strategic alliances • Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, especially partnership deals and enterprise customer contracts • Serve as the primary legal partner to the Partnerships team • Provide strategic counsel balancing risk management, speed to market, and growth objectives • Design, maintain, and improve partnership templates, playbooks, approval workflows, and contracting infrastructure • Provide pragmatic, commercially focused legal advice to cross-functional teams • Contribute to scaling the Legal Team’s commercial function and collaborative culture • Build scalable legal infrastructure for global partner motions, including reseller frameworks, marketplace terms, partner program agreements, approval workflows, and operational playbooks • Work with global colleagues across multiple jurisdictions

🎯 Requirements

• J.D. • Active membership in at least one U.S. State Bar; New York preferred • 7+ years of relevant post-qualification legal experience • In-house experience in technology or SaaS strongly preferred • Experience supporting reseller, referral, MSP, OEM, embedded, white-label, and marketplace business models • Experience negotiating with major systems integrators and consultancies, including Accenture, Deloitte, PwC, and other Big Four firms, as well as leading ISVs and cloud platforms • Proven experience drafting and negotiating complex technology and partnership agreements • Strong knowledge of enterprise software licensing, SaaS, data protection, and intellectual property • Experience designing and launching channel partner, reseller, or marketplace programs from the ground up • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills • Ability to work in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities and tight deadlines • Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional and global colleagues • Curiosity about AI and emerging technologies • Strong ownership, proactive approach, business-minded judgment, and commitment to practical solutions
