📋 Description

• Meet with strategic customers to understand AI transformation goals and identify pain points in customer-facing and operational workflows. • Own flagship deals end-to-end, including use-case identification, commercial-term structuring, and closing. • Embed within strategic customer organizations, act as a trusted partner, and own delivery outcomes. • Identify high-impact use cases and collaborate with Forward Deployed Software Engineers to implement them. • Guide customers on best practices for deploying ElevenAgents, including agent design, orchestration, and production readiness. • Scope applications in new industries and expand AI solutions across sectors globally. • Present project results and future-work proposals to technical teams and C-suite executives. • Collaborate with Research teams to feed field insights into the platform, models, and roadmap. • Build and deliver demos of ElevenAgents and broader AI technology. • Collaborate with customer engineering and executive teams to move agents into production and deliver measurable business outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience working with customers in a technical capacity; direct enterprise customer experience preferred • Experience in product development, delivery, and change management • Comfort engaging in deal conversations, structuring value propositions, and navigating enterprise sales cycles • Basic proficiency in Python • Familiarity with API integration • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills • Proven track record of owning complex, ambiguous projects and delivering results • Adaptability across customer environments, industries, and technical use cases • Technical aptitude and familiarity with common LLM, tooling, and AI agent frameworks • Ability to map enterprise use cases and workflows to AI systems
