📋 Description

• Build a personal budget from the ground up and organize the family's finances • Create and manage a debt payoff plan and track progress • Manage day-to-day cash flow, bill payments, and account monitoring • Build and maintain financial trackers and reporting tools • Work closely with the family's business CPA on personal and business finance intersections • Monitor accounts and flag issues proactively • Keep all financial information strictly confidential

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on bookkeeping or financial-operations experience, including building budgets and debt payoff plans from scratch • QuickBooks and Monarch experience is a plus • Highly discreet when managing sensitive personal finances • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive about flagging issues • Able to work independently with minimal oversight • Dallas-based preferred for occasional in-person meetings; strong remote candidates considered • Successful completion of a background check required before employment • Part-time availability; weekly hours finalized based on candidate availability and family needs • Engagement as a 1099 independent contractor
