📋 Description
• Keep Australia’s Remote Projects on Track • Our client, Territory Trade Services (TTS), has been powering remote construction and infrastructure projects across Australia since 2011. • Specializing in modular buildings for the resource, oil, and gas sectors, our client deploys licensed plumbers, electricians, and refrigeration experts to keep vital operations running. • A culture of innovation, sharp execution, and real career-building opportunities in the construction services space. • Be part of our client’s team as a Scheduling and Claims Administrator. • You’ll support end-to-end claims processing while coordinating project schedules, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery on critical construction initiatives.
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum of 2–3 years of experience as a Claims Agent, Scheduler, or in a similar role within the construction or trade services industry • Solid knowledge of claims management principles and scheduling best practices • Proficiency in using claims management and scheduling software tools • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to accuracy and compliance • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with diverse stakeholders • Highly detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple responsibilities effectively • Familiarity with construction processes, terminology, and regulatory requirements is a plus
