📋 Description

• Design and build product features end-to-end across frontend and backend systems • Rapidly prototype and iterate on new creative workflows with tight feedback loops • Work closely with founders on product direction, UX decisions, and feature prioritization • Translate ambiguous ideas into intuitive, high-quality user experiences • Continuously refine interaction details, polish, and usability • Help define the future of AI-native creative tools

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience • Strong full-stack engineering skills (React, TypeScript, backend frameworks) • Exceptional product sense and attention to UX details • Experience building creative tools with ability to become an expert in creative technology in AI video production • Strong intuition for creating simple, powerful, and delightful products • Startup mindset: high ownership, high agency, high velocity
