📋 Description

• Manages relationships with external training vendors to ensure quality sales training delivery • Oversees the development and implementation of engaging training programs and materials • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to assess training needs and identify performance gaps • Evaluates training effectiveness to recommend enhancements for maximizing ROI • Leads sales training initiatives aligned with business objectives • Builds partnerships with external vendors for innovative training solutions • Manages logistics for vendor-led training sessions • Designs and updates training materials to reflect product changes • Provides coaching and support to sales, marketing, and underwriting teams • Analyzes performance data to identify training gaps and opportunities • Tracks and reports training outcomes including participation and effectiveness

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, insurance, education, or related field, or equivalent relevant experience • Eight years of experience in sales, sales training, learning and development, or related experience • Experience managing external training vendors or partners • Experience with training software and tools (e-learning platforms, virtual training delivery) • Familiarity with instructional design, adult learning theory, and training evaluation methodologies • Certifications in training, instructional design, or coaching preferred
