📋 Description
• Agir comme lien entre les équipes d’affaires et les équipes techniques • Soutenir les systèmes ERP en place • Gérer et soutenir les applications périphériques connectées à l’ERP • Piloter les initiatives E-commerce • Participer à la mise en œuvre de nouvelles solutions • Documenter les processus, exigences fonctionnelles et plans de tests • Répondre aux questions des coéquipiers/coéquipières internes et des clients externes
🎯 Requirements
• Au moins deux (2) ans d’expérience dans un rôle de service à la clientèle/de soutien • Diplôme d’études universitaires ou collégiales dans un domaine connexe, de préférence • Antécédents dans le commerce en ligne ou le marketing seront des atouts • Excellentes capacités d’analyse, de communication et de gestion des priorités • Bilinguisme (français/anglais) requis, à l’oral et à l’écrit
