📋 Description
• Investigate, document and resolve order discrepancies (e.g., missing, delayed, or damaged shipments and quantity discrepancies) • Process and follow up on transportation-related claims and credits • Act as the main liaison between warehouses, carriers, and internal departments to ensure timely and accurate deliveries • Communicate effectively with partners, clients, and internal teams by phone and email in English and French (an asset) • Maintain accurate claims records and prepare related reports as needed • Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize operations
🎯 Requirements
• Grade 12 diploma or equivalent; College and/or University degree an asset • 1–3 years of experience in accounting, supply chain, logistics or data entry • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; ERP experience preferred (Infor M3 is an asset) • Fluent in English (oral and written). An asset if speak or can write in French • Comfortable managing large datasets with a high degree of accuracy • Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally • Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively
