🎯 Requirements
• Diploma de graduação em TI, cursos de especialização, pós-graduação e / ou MBA; • Certificação Itil v3 ou v4 ativo. • Língua – fluência em línguas (foco para inglês e espanhol); • Sólida experiência na área de suporte: • Governança de IT (ITIL, CMMI, COBIT, PMBOK, BSC) Mínimo em ITIL • Ferramentas e aplicativos de gestão de incidentes, principalmente ServiceNow • Conhecimentos de sistema operacional Windows e Linux; worms e pragas virtuais, Aplicativos para segurança • Conceitos de proteção e segurança e Noções de vírus, (antivírus, firewall, anti-spyware etc.). • Conhecimentos em edição de textos, planilhas e apresentações, Sharepoint, Dados na nuvem (OneDrive), Teams em ambientes Microsoft Office. • Conhecimento / Treinamentos em suporte. • Ter conhecimento / experiência nas soluções ofertadas pelo provedor que constem no contrato
