• Conduct Retirement Readiness Reviews, individual meetings, and group presentations for targeted participants • Improve retirement outcomes through consultative participant conversations • Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with stakeholders within the assigned territory or employer-sponsored plans • Conduct one-on-one virtual and on-site group meetings using various technologies • Manage meeting schedules, including travel booking • Create and execute business plans and tactics to improve retirement income objectives • Document interactions in Salesforce and collect information for regulatory compliance • Achieve plan-level and individual goals and service-level agreements • Participate in client meetings, sales finals, and external meetings as needed • Collaborate across internal service and management teams • Assist the Relationship Management team in establishing and maintaining stakeholder relationships • Work with plan participants on the West Coast • Travel occasionally between Colorado and California
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in lieu of a degree • 3–5 years of relevant financial services experience • Spanish bilingual skills required • Strong presentation skills • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams • Ability to think strategically and work independently • Strong relationship-building and territory-management skills • FINRA Series 6, 63, and 65 registrations required within the established timeline • Current FINRA registrations strongly preferred • FINRA fingerprinting required upon hire • Working knowledge of Salesforce preferred • Working knowledge of building blocks for successful retirement planning preferred • Basic understanding of defined contribution plans preferred • Practical experience providing high-level consultative client interactions preferred • Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; employment visa sponsorship is unavailable • Reliable high-speed internet with a wired connection and a minimally disrupted home workspace required for remote work
