📋 Description

• Design and maintain digital and instructor-led training modules for staff at all levels • Coordinate and facilitate employee orientation and onboarding across multiple departments • Track and maintain employee training logs, certifications, and compliance deadlines • Administer and troubleshoot the HRIS system (e.g., Paycom), ensuring accurate entry of staff data, assignments, and reporting structures • Collaborate with department leaders to customize training for role-specific requirements • Monitor training compliance by auditing records and sending reminders for mandatory training renewals • Create reports and dashboards within HRIS for leadership and compliance monitoring

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or related field (required) • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in HR, training coordination, or systems administration • Experience managing or supporting HRIS platforms required • Proficiency with HRIS systems (e.g., Paycom, ADP, BambooHR) • Ability to pass background and reference checks • 13 AIHR certifications • SHRM certification • Instructional design or adult learning certification preferred
