📋 Description

• Implement Enable’s products within customers’ environments at individual product and solution levels • Lead customer implementation, onboarding, and adoption through discovery, design, configuration, testing, validation, and go-live phases • Implement products according to customer business requirements and agreed Statements of Work • Troubleshoot technical implementation issues and coordinate with Enable support teams • Serve as a technical lead on multifunctional project teams • Contribute product and solution expertise to deliver customer value • Build knowledge bases through lessons learned, best practices, tools, methods, and learning events • Coach associate-level consultants on assigned client engagements • Identify customer training gaps and product or service expansion opportunities • Manage issues, escalations, and project risks proactively • Lead customer meetings and workshops, resolve complex support tasks, and triage customer requests • Mentor and support team members within Success & Services • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders • Adhere to company policies, ethics, security, compliance, and training requirements

🎯 Requirements

• Preferred 2+ years of experience working in a customer-facing role in Customer Success or an enterprise software organization • Related product and industry certifications as required (e.g. Oracle, SAP, SQL) • Maintain granted internal and external technical and professional certifications at the latest appropriate level • Experience with international cross-cultural teams preferred • Experience handling large data sets • Familiarity with Python or SQL • Fluency in written and verbal English required; other languages preferred • Advanced technical knowledge in a chosen domain • Advanced technology troubleshooting skills • Ability to manage multiple customer engagements concurrently • Experience in change management • Ability to travel, typically up to 20%, occasionally 50% or more
