📋 Description

• Analyze complex healthcare datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights • Develop, maintain, and optimize reports, dashboards, and analytical models • Measure operational and financial performance • Translate analytical findings into executive-ready summaries and presentations • Partner with stakeholders to define business requirements and deliver data-driven solutions • Query, manipulate, transform, and prepare data using SQL and other tools • Build and maintain structured datasets, join tables, and validate data integrity • Collaborate with Operations, Account Management, Product, IT, and Data Management teams • Identify root causes and recommend practical, data-backed solutions • Perform validation and quality checks to ensure analytical accuracy and reliability • Document methodologies, assumptions, and processes • Manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment • Communicate with technical and non-technical audiences • Support continuous improvement through data analysis and performance monitoring • Stay current with analytics tools, methodologies, and industry trends • Perform other duties as required

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Finance, Business, Computer Science, Healthcare Administration or another related field required • 5+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or working with relational databases required • 3–5 years of experience in healthcare, revenue cycle, or SaaS environment strongly preferred • Familiarity with healthcare terminology, including CPT codes, DRG, claims, and inpatient/outpatient concepts • Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik preferred • Experience with Databricks Data Intelligence Platform • 3 years of experience integrating Databricks, Power BI, and Claude Code • Experience in statistical analysis or predictive modeling techniques • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint • Experience writing SQL queries • Timely and regular attendance • Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered • Ability to communicate complex data insights clearly to audiences with varying technical expertise • High attention to detail, accuracy, validation, and quality of work • Organizational and time management skills to manage competing priorities • Problem-solving ability and capacity to independently drive work to completion • Ability to collaborate across teams and work independently • Ownership and accountability for deliverables and outcomes • Adherence to EnableComp’s Core Values, Vision, and Mission
