• Lead two teams responsible for delivering Enfuce’s critical service: Card Processing at scale • Coach and develop team members, ensuring timely project delivery • Set a high quality standard and lead teams for greatest impact • Work closely with Product managers and Senior leadership

🎯 Requirements

• Experience leading and managing high performing Backend Engineers • Experience managing more than one team • Prior experience building and running applications in Java Spring Boot • Growth mindset, curious to learn about card issuing and the payments industry • Excellent communication in English • Experience setting and managing systems with strict SLAs • Experience applying observability and traceability best practices • Experience working with AWS for hosting
