📋 Description

• Participate in an in-depth 3-week training program to specialize in a specific consumer lending brand • Manage high-volume inbound customer calls and guide customers through the loan application process • Make outbound calls to encourage completion of loan applications as necessary • Explain Enova’s product and service features and benefits to support customer satisfaction • Maintain accurate, up-to-date customer account records • Provide clear, professional, and effective verbal and written customer service • Convert prospective customers into successful sales

🎯 Requirements

• Eligible to work in the United States; Enova is unable to sponsor visas or take over sponsorship • Prior call center experience is a plus, but fast-paced customer service experience is valued • Exceptional communication and active listening skills • Proven professionalism and empathy in customer interactions • Ability to thrive in a high-volume environment • Exceptional adaptability and multitasking skills • Comfortable utilizing new technology • Proven ability to excel in a remote work environment • Must reside within 100 miles of either Chicago, IL, or South Jordan, UT
