📋 Description

• Design new configurations and maintain Workday HCM and/or Financial Management modules • Collaborate with HR, Finance, and/or IT teams to gather requirements and implement solutions • Run business integrations ensuring all associates are aligned in correct positions and with accurate data fields in Workday • Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution • Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards • Provide end-user training and support • Stay updated on Workday releases and enhancements and implement new features • Ensure data integrity and security within the Workday system • Participate in system upgrades and patches • Produce and maintain appropriate audits for data integrity

🎯 Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of job experience • Bachelor’s degree in IT, HR, Finance, or a related field • Ability to work independently • 3+ years of experience working with Workday HCM and/or Financial Management • Strong understanding of HR processes • Proficiency in Workday configuration, reporting, and security • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills • Strong communication, interpersonal and documentation skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Workday certification is a plus
