📋 Description

• Lead and manage IT projects from planning through implementation and completion • Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and milestones • Develop and maintain detailed project plans and schedules • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including developers, architects, business analysts, consultants, and other technical resources • Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders • Monitor project progress, budgets, timelines, and resource allocation • Identify, assess, and proactively manage project risks and dependencies • Facilitate project meetings, status updates, and stakeholder communications • Track and communicate project performance to management and clients • Manage changes to project scope, requirements, and priorities • Ensure project documentation is accurate and up to date • Coordinate testing, implementation, deployment, and project closeout activities • Help resolve issues and remove roadblocks to keep projects moving forward • Ensure projects meet business requirements, quality standards, and client expectations • Continuously improve project management processes and methodologies

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in IT Project Management or a similar role • Proven experience managing technology or software-related projects • Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies • Strong organizational and time-management skills • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities • Comfortable working with technical and non-technical stakeholders • Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Monday.com, Smartsheet, MS Project, or similar platforms • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace • PMP, CAPM, CSM, or other project management certification (nice to have) • Experience in a SaaS, software, consulting, ERP, or technology environment (nice to have) • Experience managing client-facing projects (nice to have) • Experience with software implementation or systems integration projects (nice to have) • Technical background or experience working closely with development teams (nice to have) • Experience working in a fully remote environment (nice to have)
