📋 Description

• Participate in the delivery of consulting engagements for clients across various industries • Analyze business needs • Design Salesforce solutions • Configure and deploy Salesforce functionalities • Work with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Field Service, and Experience Cloud • Collaborate with stakeholders, technical teams, and end users • Contribute to change management and user training when required

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on Salesforce experience • Consulting-environment experience ideally • Strong understanding of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Field Service, and Experience Cloud solutions • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English • Salesforce certifications are considered an asset
