📋 Description

• Develop new business opportunities across the full Entegris product portfolio • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships • Lead internal support functions (quality, customer service, technical support, sustainability) • Represent Entegris within the Dresden ecosystem and provide strategic feedback • Drive initiatives that create unique advantages for Entegris • Manage growth at existing and new accounts

🎯 Requirements

• Technical background (e.g. engineering) combined with business acumen (MBA preferred) • 5–10 years of experience in the semiconductor industry or other high-tech sectors and big industries • Entrepreneurial mindset, self-driven, and strong team player • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal – in German and English • Proven track record within the Dresden technology ecosystem
