📋 Description

• Install, commission, service and fault-find pilot machines • Manage regional installations, preventative maintenance and reactive repairs • Work with the Service Centre to prioritise jobs, coordinate engineers and meet service commitments • Plan resources, workloads and routes for effective regional coverage • Support engineer recruitment, onboarding and training as the team grows • Lead engineers through coaching, clear objectives and performance reviews • Monitor first-time fixes, response times, productivity and outstanding work • Maintain safe working practices, risk assessments and method statements • Control regional costs and ensure accurate service records • Resolve customer escalations and improve operational processes • Initially work hands-on across the North West, transitioning toward regional team and service delivery management

🎯 Requirements

• Experienced electro-mechanical engineer with field service and team leadership experience • Strong electro-mechanical engineering skills, including installation, maintenance and diagnostics • Experience in field service and leading or managing engineering teams • Experience coordinating service or installation activity across multiple sites • Understanding of service level agreements, workforce planning and performance targets • Sound health and safety knowledge, commercial awareness and organisational skills • Clear communication and a practical, proactive approach to problem-solving • A relevant degree or equivalent practical experience • Willingness to travel throughout the North West • Experience with vending machines, ATMs or telecommunications installation particularly relevant • Comparable electro-mechanical field service backgrounds welcome • Rollout experience, IOSH or NEBOSH qualifications and familiarity with service management systems advantageous • Eligibility to work in the UK
