📋 Description

• Perform complex patient revenue analyses using billing data warehouse and accounting system data • Conduct monthly and quarterly variance analysis across patient revenue components • Analyze actuals versus forecast/budget, identify drivers, and recommend corrective actions • Execute patient revenue rate calculations for annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting, including variance bridges • Perform rate calculations for New & Existing Business and Subsidy Reconciliation • Prepare calculations supporting contract negotiations, renewals, and financial processes • Evaluate contract terms, reimbursement methodologies, and regulatory changes for financial implications • Transform clinical and financial data into actionable insights through reporting and KPIs • Maintain financial model templates for new programs, service line launches, pricing strategies, and other revenue analyses • Prepare reporting packages and insights for Clinical Finance, Operations, and Revenue Cycle partners • Assist with annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting for patient revenue and rate components • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify revenue leakage, quantify impacts, and recommend mitigation strategies • Perform other duties as assigned

• Highly organized and detail-oriented • Good communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently as a self-starter • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment • Ability to provide accurate, reliable, high-quality work • Demonstrated expertise reviewing and analyzing financial results • Ability to communicate effectively at all personnel levels • Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion • Ability to identify challenges, risks, inconsistencies, and opportunities • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Hyperion Essbase/SmartView • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university in Accounting, Finance, or Data Science required • 4 years of experience related to healthcare revenue, including multisite and multipayer environments, required • Experience analyzing large, complicated data sets required • Accounting, Finance, or RCM knowledge is a plus • Must satisfy employment eligibility verification through E-Verify
