📋 Description
• Manage a full portfolio of Canadian immigration cases • Prepare and submit compliant applications for Work Permits, Permanent Residence, and Employer compliance matters • Advise corporate clients on immigration strategy, eligibility, timelines, and risks • Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders • Ensure compliance with IRCC and ESDC requirements
🎯 Requirements
• Licensed Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) • Active member in good standing with the relevant regulatory body • 3+ years of corporate Canadian immigration experience • Strong knowledge of Canadian and Quebec immigration programs (if applicable) • Ability to independently manage high-volume, complex corporate cases • Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and client-focused
