📋 Description

• Lead development and release of Eon’s AI-powered workflows to improve early detection, diagnosis, and patient outcomes • Specify product capabilities, align feature priorities, and introduce AI tools across Eon platform touchpoints • Understand clinical needs, design effective solutions, and balance customer demands with technical feasibility • Contribute to product definition and identify marketplace opportunities • Define the product roadmap in alignment with business objectives • Own critical product initiatives from discovery through delivery • Collaborate with engineering, data science, customer success, implementation, and commercial teams • Engage users to identify pain points and validate solutions for clinical workflow problems • Drive product vision and roadmap based on customer needs, market opportunities, and strategic goals • Partner with internal and external partners, including AI experts and medical professionals, to define product direction and build a feedback ecosystem • Write business and functional requirements supporting development, delivery, and post-launch optimization • Prioritize features and balance performance, feasibility, and business impact

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience) • 5+ years of experience in product management • Strong research and analytical skills • Deep understanding of customer needs and ability to represent the customer in detailed design team meetings • Proven understanding of clinical workflows, Electronic Health Records (EHRs/EMRs), and medical terminology or healthcare data standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR) • Strong proficiency in Agile/Scrum frameworks and the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) • Preferred: Master’s in Business Administration, Engineering, Health Informatics, or a related field • Preferred: Specialized knowledge in radiology and diagnostic pathways • Preferred: Experience building or integrating AI/Machine Learning models, predictive analytics, EMR integrations, or clinical decision support tools
