⢠Prepare increasingly complex compliance tests and year-end packages ⢠Review plan eligibility requirements and determine eligible participants ⢠Review plan allocation conditions and calculate requested contributions and forfeiture allocations ⢠Perform ADP/ACP nondiscrimination, 415 annual additions, 416 Top Heavy, and 410(b) coverage tests ⢠Conduct self and peer reviews ⢠Prepare, review, and publish Forms 5500, 5330, 8955-SSA, and other regulatory forms ⢠Reconcile and prepare Form 5500 and applicable schedules for large-filer plans ⢠Assist Plan Consultants with auditor questions ⢠Maintain working knowledge of moderate-complexity plans and develop knowledge of more complex plans ⢠Research and resolve testing and Form 5500 issues and questions ⢠Collaborate with other departments as needed ⢠Assist and mentor team members with complex issues and questions ⢠Work with Managers to develop processes and implement best practices ⢠Prepare asset reconciliations and research differences ⢠Prepare outside-asset and balance-forward earnings allocations and participant validations ⢠Prepare plan documents, including Restatements, Amendments, SPDs, SMMs, and Notices ⢠Assist with QDRO allocations and corrective earnings calculations ⢠Perform other duties as assigned
⢠Associate degree and 5+ years related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience ⢠ASPPA Qualified 401(k) Administrator (QKA) designation required ⢠Ability to read and interpret retirement adoption agreements, program manuals, government instructions, and guidance ⢠Ability to write reports and emails/correspondence ⢠Ability to work effectively with employees across the company ⢠Advanced math skills, including fractions, percentages, and ratios ⢠Experience with Microsoft Excel and Word ⢠Ability to work independently and balance multiple tasks ⢠Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; employment visa sponsorship is unavailable ⢠Ability to communicate effectively with internal and/or external customers ⢠Ability to remain stationary 75% of the time or greater ⢠Ability to move objects up to 10 lbs
