📋 Description

• Partner with CAMs and customers to assess scope, risks, and readiness for SaaS migration • Discuss and review potential SaaS conversion opportunities, including scope, approach, and next steps • Provision customers to run the Analyzer and review results to identify potential risk areas • Collaborate with CAMs and Consulting teams to support development of Statements of Work • Lead collection of CSG and TSG work and validate cloud compatibility • Provide a clear and effective handoff of relevant information to Consulting for SaaS projects • Communicate the SaaS conversion process during customer calls and other engagements • Review applicable tools and alternative approaches to support SaaS readiness • Work with internal SaaS stakeholders to identify, communicate, and mitigate risk areas • Support efforts to increase SaaS conversion adoption with Manufacturing leadership and the Center of Excellence

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of presales experience within the ERP industry or equivalent operational ERP experience, specifically Kinetic • ERP Administrator or power user for Kinetic environment • Experience with Kinetic Cloud and/or other Cloud offerings • Expertise with Microsoft Azure • Experience with Kinetic Customization, BPMs, Application Studio, BAQs, Dashboards and other Kinetic toolsets for integration and reporting • Background supporting both direct and channel sales • Documented experience giving customer presentations/demonstrations • 1+ years of applicable experience and demonstrated success/knowledge in Manufacturing • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience • Some travel is required
