📋 Description

• Manage the monthly close, including journal entries, accruals, account reconciliations, and variance analysis • Prepare financial statements and supporting schedules for the CFO and leadership team • Maintain an accurate and well-organized general ledger • Support revenue recognition and deferred revenue schedules for subscription contracts • Manage automated billing and ensure invoices are accurate, timely, and aligned with customer contracts • Support multi-entity consolidation and foreign currency accounting • Support external audits, tax filings, and finance controls • Identify and implement accounting process improvements using AI and automation tools • Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Operations on billing and financial questions • Take on special projects and analysis as the CFO's right-hand partner

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of accounting experience • Solid understanding of US GAAP • Strong organization and attention to detail • Clear written and verbal communication • Self-directed and comfortable working remotely • Experience in a software or SaaS company (preferred) • NetSuite experience (preferred) • Foreign currency accounting experience (preferred) • Multi-entity consolidation experience (preferred) • Comfort using AI tools to improve accounting workflows (preferred) • CPA (preferred, not required)
