📋 Description

• Participate in EQT’s Agile IT environment, including analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance • Collaborate with team members and leaders across departments on strategic initiatives • Work with senior team members, business stakeholders, and technical partners to keep applications stable, secure, and aligned with business needs • Identify opportunities for process and technology improvements • Monitor project deliverables and timelines, escalating risks or issues as needed • Develop and maintain application documentation, infrastructure, dataflows, architecture, and technical procedures • Support system integrations and accurate, efficient data flow between technology platforms • Provide end-user support, issue triage, root-cause analysis, and coordination with vendors or senior analysts

🎯 Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience with enterprise applications and analysis • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, telecommunications, engineering, math, science or a closely related technical field • Demonstrated ability to upgrade and maintain multiple applications • Experience with documentation, presentation tools, and basic project or task management • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and tools • Ability to work beside team Leads who provide some supervision while multi-tasking across several project milestones and initiatives • Ability to take ownership and/or accountability for departmental deliverables and provide broad subject matter skillsets in multiple areas • Strong critical thinking, analysis, and problem-solving skills • Strong oral and written communication skills, including meeting facilitation and interpersonal interactions • Strong customer relationship skills • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
