📋 Description

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate business needs into scalable data models, dashboards, and actionable insights • Design, develop, and analyze data solutions that transform raw data into meaningful information for business decision-making • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytical solutions with focus on usability, performance, and data accuracy • Provide technical guidance and support to end users, including conducting office hours, troubleshooting issues, and sharing dashboard and analytics best practices • Document solution architecture, data models, technical designs, processes, and development standards • Communicate solution designs, analytical findings, and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders • Work independently while collaborating with internal customers and cross-functional teams to scope, prioritize, and deliver project requirements

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field • 6+ years of experience in dashboard development, business intelligence, data analytics, or a related area • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with TIBCO Spotfire dashboard development and administration • Strong SQL experience, including functions, stored procedures, Row-Level Security (RLS), and Attribute-Based Access Control (ABAC) • Experience with or working knowledge of data lakes and modern data architecture, Databricks, Power BI, GitHub, Python, R, and Salesforce • Experience leveraging AI-assisted development tools to improve development efficiency, accelerate analysis, and streamline technical documentation • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to evolving technologies, tools, and business requirements • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking skills • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively across teams • Oil and gas industry experience is strongly preferred
