• On-label promotion and execution of sales strategies for approved Esperion products • Achieve individual territory sales goals as approved by Esperion Commercial Leadership • Develop and maintain strong business relationships with key customers in the assigned geography • Effectively promote and educate Health Care Providers (HCPs) on the use of Esperion products • Analyze local market trends to maximize the appropriate use of Esperion products • Demonstrate compliance with corporate policies and procedures
• Bachelor’s degree required • Preferred degree in sciences (eg. Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Kinesiology, Pre-med, other STEM background) • 1 - 3 years of pharmaceutical or relevant sales experience • Must be willing and able to travel up to 30% including overnight stays for territory business • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record that meets Esperion employment standards • Documented track record of consistent high performance in sales, academics, athletics, or other similar endeavours • Ability to influence and work successfully with varied audiences, including customers, colleagues, scientific and technical leaders • Strong interpersonal and selling skills
