📋 Description
• Lead a scalable commercial operating model for execution and performance improvement • Oversee commercial analytics and insights, sales training, sales operations, and effectiveness • Provide leadership for sales incentive compensation strategy • Design and optimize sales force size and structure
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred • 20+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical industry • Expertise in Commercial Operations, Analytics, and/or Sales Operations • Strong strategic mindset with practical execution skills • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to synthesize data into clear executive-level narratives
