📋 Description

• Promote the company's product sales • Provide effective customer service using knowledge of the company's products and services • Work closely with key external business partners and internal stakeholders • Maximize sales and profit through the sale of implants and related products and solutions against the agreed sales plan • Conduct operations of the sales role in line with internal procedure as well as external regulatory guidelines • Understand the operation of products, features, and benefits • Explain how our products are superior to the competition • Assist in the build and development of our brand locally • Communicate with Supply Chain for the correct supply of promotional materials • Track pending orders and offer substitutions to customers • Review orders received from customers and resolve any discrepancies • Report field visit accurately and provide insights to the territory manager • Segment customers with detailed information • Be a point of contact for customers to provide the best possible service • Create strong relationships in the operating room with customers to understand their needs

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the area of ​​Sales in medical devices • Minumum 4 years of experience working with plastic surgeons in public and private sector • Advanced English • Advanced Swedish • Basic understanding of Danish • Ability to work on field and travelling to customers in the assigned territory as well as participation on industry fairs the company participates on. • Ability to develop, maintain and strengthen relationships with other people both inside or outside the organization • Ability to work with CRM • Used to work with reports of field visit, segmentation and sales force effectiveness KPIs • Strong presentation skills • Problem solving mentality and proactively addresses work-related problems. • Being dynamic, structured and persistent. • Capable of being influential, courteous and have good discussion making skills. • Ability to work in team. • Strong verbal, written and listening communications skills • Strong ability to follow up and execute • Sense of priority and good organizational skills • Customer Service oriented person • Ability to sell but also to offer business solutions to his customers
