• Engage potential customers through inbound and outbound calls, emails and SMS • Educate customers on Ethos’ products and processes • Build relationships with customers to drive conversion targets • Manage a pipeline of customers through the application process
🎯 Requirements
• 2-3 years of experience in life insurance telesales • Strong proficiency working with Salesforce or equivalent sales/CRM software • Strong sales track record and exceptional sales techniques • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively • Excellent time management and organizational skills • Passionate about customer service
