📋 Description

• Preparing and finalizing commercial title insurance policies, including post-closing endorsements, in accordance with commitments and closing instructions • Reviewing title documents (commitments, proformas, closing packages) to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with underwriter guidelines • Verifying legal descriptions, vesting, and transaction details; incorporate required endorsements, exceptions, and requirements • Collaborating with escrow officers, examiners, and underwriters to resolve discrepancies and support post-closing corrections • Managing multiple transactions, maintaining organized files, and meeting production deadlines

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of commercial title experience required and experience preparing/typing commercial policies preferred • Strong knowledge of title commitments, proformas, policy forms, endorsements, and commercial transactions • High attention to detail with the ability to ensure accuracy and compliance • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills • Ability to work independently and collaboratively; experience with title software (e.g. RamQuest) is a plus
