📋 Description

• Provide on-field technical assistance and support to customers, including installation, training and maintenance of instruments • Conduct detailed customer training sessions on product use • Actively promote products and solutions at events, trade shows, and presentations • Perform on-field tests to verify implementation, identify issues, and ensure quality results • Collaborate with sales teams to execute strategic sales plans, qualify opportunities, and identify cross-selling possibilities • Build and maintain relationships with Key Accounts, KOLs, decision makers, and technical buyers • Track and communicate activities regarding complaints management, business travels, instrument management and FTE • Coordinate work with other departments and report to the Regional Sales Manager and Technical Support Team • Travel extensively within Asia (up to 30%)

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Scientific Disciplines (Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, Biology, Chemistry, CTF, or related fields) • Strong theoretical and practical knowledge of molecular techniques such as ELISA, Lateral Flow devices and PCR • Ability to effectively communicate product benefits, values, and technical information • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and execution skills with attention to detail • Capability to travel for up to one week at a time and up to 30% travel; arrange travel independently • Fluency in English and Mandarin • Proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM tools • Preferred: 2 to 3 years’ experience in a regional application support related role in the diagnostic testing business • Preferred: Experience in clinical, chemical, or life sciences laboratory context • Preferred: Previous exposure to sales, technical, or application support roles in an international setting • Personal characteristics: professionalism, structured and analytical thinking, pragmatism, modesty
