âą Implementing and maintaining platform-to-platform integrations âą Work directly with customers and internal teams âą Design, build, and support API-based integrations âą Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to integration performance, reliability, and data accuracy âą Create and maintain technical documentation and user guides âą Contribute to the continuous improvement of integration service offerings
đŻ Requirements
âą 2+ years of experience working with APIs (REST, JSON) âą Solid understanding of software integrations and SaaS ecosystems âą Experience or comfort working with Large Language Models (LLMs) âą Hands-on experience with integration platforms such as Albato, Zapier, Make, or similar âą Technical background comfortable reading API documentation and using automation tools âą Excellent problem-solving skills âą Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders âą Highly organized and able to function independently
