📋 Description

• Implementing and maintaining platform-to-platform integrations • Work directly with customers and internal teams • Design, build, and support API-based integrations • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to integration performance, reliability, and data accuracy • Create and maintain technical documentation and user guides • Contribute to the continuous improvement of integration service offerings

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience working with APIs (REST, JSON) • Solid understanding of software integrations and SaaS ecosystems • Experience or comfort working with Large Language Models (LLMs) • Hands-on experience with integration platforms such as Albato, Zapier, Make, or similar • Technical background comfortable reading API documentation and using automation tools • Excellent problem-solving skills • Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders • Highly organized and able to function independently
