• Managing and prioritizing a queue of inbound leads with speed and discipline. • Running structured discovery calls to qualify fit, uncover pain, and map decision processes. • Delivering product demos tailored to the prospect’s specific workflows and needs. • Following up consistently and moving deals through the pipeline without letting things go cold. • Negotiating pricing and closing deals within defined parameters. • Maintaining accurate, up-to-date records in HubSpot after every interaction. • Collaborating with Customer Success on smooth handoffs for new accounts.
• 1–3 years of closing experience in B2B SaaS or a service-led industry. • Demonstrated ability to run discovery conversations and deliver product demos. • Comfortable managing multiple active deals simultaneously. • Familiarity with CRM systems and structured sales processes. • Excellent communicator — written, verbal, and over video. • Ability to work independently in a remote environment. • Experience in hospitality, hotels, or adjacent verticals is an asset.
