📋 Description

• Conceptualize scripts centered around existing AI characters and current production needs • Create long-form cinematic and/or short-form vertical video content, including stylized and explicit NSFW visuals • Own end-to-end AI video production from ideation and prompting through generation, editing, post-production, and final delivery • Use Kling, Seedance, Happy Horse, and other AI video models/platforms to create visual sequences • Maintain consistent character appearance, style, and scene continuity • Integrate motion graphics and colour correction • Experiment with new AI models, tools, and techniques and share knowledge with the team • Follow the Content Lead's creative direction while independently making execution and technical decisions • Refine workflows for efficiency, scalability, and output quality

🎯 Requirements

• Junior: 1–2+ years of experience in video editing, digital art, or content creation, with a strong portfolio showing AI-driven video work • Mid/Senior: 3–6+ years of experience in video production, VFX, or digital art, with a strong portfolio; AI-driven video work is required • Hands-on experience with AI video tools and models such as Seedance, Kling, Happy Horse, Runway, or Luma • Understanding of AI image/video generation pipelines, including prompting, batching, consistency techniques, and post-processing • Experience with Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar editing tools • Strong grasp of visual storytelling, pacing, composition, and cinematic or platform-native language • Ability to maintain character and scene consistency across AI-generated sequences • Fluent in English • Strong communication and collaboration skills • High ownership and ability to execute independently • Experimental, curious, self-driven, and open to feedback • Comfortable working with uncensored models and explicit adult content • Portfolio links demonstrating best narrative film/video and AI vertical mini-series episodes
