📋 Description

• Lead the LLM team and oversee architecture, training, and deployment of models • Write production code and optimize latency and inference • Drive strategy for fine-tuning and manage data sourcing • Design custom classifiers for content moderation

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of engineering experience with AI at scale • Proficient in Python/PyTorch • Comfortable with the modern LLM stack (vLLM, HuggingFace) • Deep understanding of working with NSFW content • Knowledge of prompt conditioning, temperature, and sampling • A mindset focused on velocity and shippable solutions • Ownership over metrics and user experience long after code is merged
