📋 Description

• Facilitate and solve problems while building internal and external relationships focused on customer growth, satisfaction, and product loyalty • Develop strong relationships with key customer stakeholders to ensure the best possible customer experience • Monitor product and service usage, drive adoption, and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to grow monthly recurring revenue • Develop individual success plans for each customer to drive adoption, expansion, and loyalty across the portfolio • Maintain deep expertise in EverHealth platforms and a general understanding of the EverHealth product portfolio • Understand customer needs and identify and share product workflows that close process gaps and improve success metrics

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred • 2-4 years relevant service/relationship management experience • Prior SaaS account management experience highly desired • Healthcare industry experience is a plus • Experience handling multiple tasks required • Willingness to take initiative and solve problems • Orientation toward constantly improving processes and management best practices • Willingness to share customer-experience practices from prior companies • Must be eligible to work without sponsorship in the United States
