📋 Description

• Contribute to solutions from inception to deployment • Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code for web client-side applications • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers and designers, to define, design, and ship new features • Write clean, maintainable code and participate actively in code reviews • Identify bottlenecks and bugs, devise solutions to address and mitigate issues, and document work thoughtfully • Pick up existing codebases, understand their patterns, and contribute meaningful work autonomously • Broaden development experience and potentially contribute to other platforms

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience developing frontend applications using JavaScript, ideally React • Strong JavaScript fundamentals, including common data structures • Proficiency in semantic HTML and CSS, including preprocessors such as Sass • Experience with component libraries or UI frameworks such as Material UI • Experience with unit and component testing using tools such as Jest or React Testing Library • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering • Ability to work independently, take ownership of assigned work, and deliver high-quality solutions • Experience leveraging LLM tooling like Claude or ChatGPT • Experience with state management libraries such as Redux or Redux Toolkit is a bonus • Experience with TypeScript is a bonus • Experience with Storybook is a bonus • Familiarity with Figma is a bonus • Experience with Playwright for integration and end-to-end testing is a bonus • Some backend or full-stack development experience is a bonus • Must be eligible to work in Canada without sponsorship
