📋 Description

• Support Invoice Simple platform strategy, working on both new features and product maintenance • Own and evolve CI/CD pipelines, deployment processes, and infrastructure automation • Gather requirements, design solutions, implement, and ship code • Partner with application teams to improve service architecture, deployment strategies, and production practices • Improve system reliability, availability, observability, and operational readiness • Adopt industry-best tools to increase team performance and delight customers • Collaborate with other team members as a reliable and competent peer • Participate in incident investigation and lead improvements that prevent recurring issues • May require travel to EverCommerce’s Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or other office locations around North America

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software development experience • Strong software engineering fundamentals and experience building production systems • Strong experience with a major cloud provider, preferably AWS • Strong understanding of distributed systems, networking, databases, and cloud architecture • Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and containerized infrastructure • Experienced in using Typescript to implement type-safe, well-organized code • Good understanding of JavaScript tooling and ecosystem • Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases • Excellent analytical and troubleshooting abilities • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Familiarity with native mobile development tools • Experience building an internal developer platform or self-service infrastructure tooling • Experience with database reliability and performance, particularly PostgreSQL or MongoDB • Experience with FinOps or cloud cost optimization • Experience working in environments with security or compliance requirements such as PCI DSS, SOC 2, or similar • Experience with progressive delivery, feature flags, canary deployments, or automated rollback strategies • Must be eligible to work without sponsorship
