📋 Description

• Collaborate with EverDriven departments, transportation providers, school districts, and parents to ensure safe and timely student transportation within a designated territory • Execute programs to improve service quality and productivity and reduce costs while maintaining high customer service standards • Use industry skills and abilities to support transportation services • Provide customer service and identify and escalate daily challenges or service deficiencies • Manage daily account service and recruit, vet, and credential third-party transportation providers • Oversee Field Operations, including new client start-ups, client retention and development, and growth of existing accounts • Continuously improve a safe, efficient, and effective transportation system • Liaise between EverDriven and clients, providing guidance, direction, and feedback • Manage regulatory and client policies and procedures to maintain safety for passengers, contractors, and the public • Monitor local transportation performance against EverDriven contracts • Maintain communication with project contractors, community officials, and agency staff • Maintain documentation on provider information, operations, maintenance, and safety inspections • Follow regulatory and client-contract safety rules • Access and/or modify electronic Protected Health Information (ePHI) in compliance with HIPAA requirements

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum education of a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • Experience in transportation and/or operations is a plus • Strong professional communication and customer service skills • Ability to effectively work with diverse groups of customers and service providers • Set priorities wisely, multitask, and dynamically solve problems • Strong familiarity and comfort level with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook • Valid Driver’s License with a good driving record • Drug Screen and Background Check is a Condition of Employment • Daily travel as required • Fluent in Spanish is a plus
