• Review and validation of data from the integration PIM • Coordinate with the product manager, business teams, and suppliers • Update the production PIM (additions, deletions, corrections) • Manage catalogs (ad-hoc modifications) • Contribute to integration projects for new products/suppliers • Create and update XML proofs (BAT) using the existing tool • Verify print output on client solutions • Implement corrections and validate them with the product manager and suppliers • Retrieve coupons via SFTP, encrypted emails, APIs, or files • Import data into a database • Monitor workflows specific to each supplier • Daily interactions with the Procurement team • Handle customer service/after-sales escalations (SAV) • Perform checks and diagnostics using SQL queries • Detailed mapping of Product / DEMAT workflows
• Higher education: Bac+2 to Bac+5 (equivalent to Associate to Master’s level) • Minimum 3 years' experience in this field • Proficient in SQL (analysis, validation, verification) • Comfortable working with CSV and XML files and SFTP protocols • Rigorous, autonomous, detail-oriented, with the ability to liaise between business teams, product, support, and suppliers • Understanding of complex data flows and functional dependencies
