📋 Description

• Serve as a subject matter expert and provide leadership support according to assigned program business rules • Conduct on-the-job training for new and existing team members • Resolve escalated customer issues • Assist with agent task assignment in the Supervisor’s absence • Manage regular client communication dependent on the program • Ensure adherence to program SOPs, business rules, policies, and procedures • Assist in developing work processes, SOPs, and training materials • Measure and maintain performance against standards • Assist IT with testing program enhancements • Support the Supervisor and participate in special projects • Coach and develop associates • Deliver results professionally, ethically, and responsibly while fostering collaboration

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED and 6 years of experience, or Associate’s Degree and 4 years of experience • At least 2 years of call center/operations experience in a pharma or payer setting • At least 2 years of EVERSANA experience • Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills • Strong presentation and training skills • Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks and solve complex problems • Highly customer focused • Ability to obtain a pharmacy technician registration • Knowledge of the healthcare and/or pharmaceutical industry • Strong computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Ability to pass a drug test and background investigation • Preferred: medical billing and coding experience • Open availability between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM EST, including weekends and shifts on Saturdays and Sundays
