• Ensure project teams attain optimal reimbursement for client’s products • Lead project teams that develop and leverage evidence to demonstrate value to Canadian payers • Manage the execution of national, provincial, and private strategic market access plans • Lead project teams on submissions to CDA-AMC, INESSS, provincial agencies, and private payers • Manage submission process start to finish including detailed workplans and liaising with clients • Conduct background research to support submission strategy and components • Develop clinical summaries and budget impact analyses for HTA filings • Prepare slide decks and attend meetings with payers and advisory boards • Interview clinicians for insights to optimize product reimbursement • Monitor access and reimbursement landscape in Canada and update deliverables • Contribute to research efforts on pharmaceutical policy in Canada.
• MSc in a Life Science discipline, Epidemiology, Health Economics or related field • A minimum of three (3) years’ direct work experience in health economics, health technology assessment, or a related field • Strong basis in cost-effectiveness model design, analysis and interpretation. • Experience with HTA submissions • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, demands, and timelines in a fast-paced environment • Proven ability to manage personal and project team members’ time across competing projects • Proven ability to identify and respond to different communication and work styles of team members and contractors • Demonstrated leadership, teambuilding and team-motivating skills • Demonstrated planning and decision-making skills • Strong strategic, problem solving, and analytical abilities • Proven relationship building capabilities; developing and maintaining strong client relationships, effectively interacting with peers • Strong written, oral, interpersonal, and presentation communication skills • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
