📋 Description

• Develop, deliver, execute, and manage training needs for pharmaceutical clients • Support evaluation, creation, and implementation of training initiatives throughout the project lifecycle • Design and develop training content and materials • Facilitate engaging live and virtual training sessions covering product knowledge, disease states, and selling skills • Support development of training and home study materials for initial and follow-up training classes • Manage materials through legal, regulatory, and medical review processes • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to implement dynamic learning materials, including slide presentations, workshops, reference guides, job aids, and modules • Support Directors of Training and Project Managers through detailed project management practices • Assist with agenda management, Portal/Platform LMS setup, and production services • Learn and implement disease-state, branded, and unbranded materials in a timely manner • Provide train-the-trainer, new-hire, and sustainment curriculum training • Support sales management teams with training materials, workshops, and facilitation at National, Sales, and POA meetings • Manage the Training Project Plan, including task management, issue escalation, risk identification, and interdependency tracking • Onboard, develop, and coach field-based trainers and emerging sales representative leaders through virtual and live field rides • Perform other assigned duties

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in a pharmaceutical training environment is mandatory • Previous experience in a pharmaceutical sales environment with exposure to training is preferred • Experience supporting detailed, multi-component programs from concept to completion in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments • Product launch or major new indication launch experience preferred • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills • Proven track record developing and executing successful training programs • Highly computer literate; proficiency in Microsoft Office and related business and communication tools • Familiarity with traditional and modern training processes and adult learning principles • Working knowledge of sound instructional design • Strong organizational and time management skills • Strategic and creative mindset • Meticulous attention to detail • Expertise in training and facilitation • Willingness to travel 50% based on clients' training needs • Bachelor's Degree in Arts or Science • 3+ years of experience as a successful sales representative selling pharmaceuticals or medical equipment • 5+ years of experience in a national sales training department, including curriculum development and delivery • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Suite • Preferred: 5+ years of progressively responsible experience within healthcare, pharmaceutical, or biotech sales/sales training • Preferred: Veeva or similar software and Learning Management Systems experience
